Shipping & Returns


Great Eastern Cutlery (GEC) ships orders on Wednesday & Friday of every week, excluding holidays or factory shutdowns. By default, all orders shipped by GEC will be done so through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require shipment by some other means including express or 2 day shipping then please contact GEC prior to completing your online order. GEC can be contacted by calling (814) 827-3411.

Any items being returned to GEC must be in their original packaging and unused.


GEC offers a 15 day money back guarantee on every product we offer. All refunds will be issued in the same manner for which the item was originally purchased. Refunds will be issued upon the successful return of the purchased items to GEC. Refunds to the customer will not include shipping costs nor any processing fees GEC has incurred from the original order. All items returned to GEC for refund must be in their original packing and proof of purchase must also be included in the return package. GEC will not issue refunds for any knives after they have been used.
